 📦 Production Schedule & Shipping Delay Notice
Due to an increase in order volume, production is currently taking longer than usual.
Laumière operates as an artisan brand, with one designer personally handling every step of the production process, which means that production capacity is limited.
All production slots for December and January are now fully booked, and current orders are scheduled to ship between late February and early March.
Each piece is carefully handcrafted with intention and care.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

🇰🇷 Domestic Shipping Policy
• All products are made-to-order and will be shipped within 3 to 10 business days after order confirmation. (For items that require a longer production time, please refer to the period stated on the respective product page.)
• Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email, allowing real-time tracking of your order.
• If you require a product within a specific timeframe, please email us at store@laumiere-atelier.com, or send a message through the chat menu on our website or via Instagram @laumiere_official to confirm product availability.
🌍 International Shipping Policy
Laumière offers worldwide shipping.
Due to potential unforeseen delays in international shipping, we recommend placing orders with ample time to accommodate any such delays.
• Orders are shipped within 3 to 10 business days after confirmation and may take approximately 5 to 14 days to arrive, depending on the destination country.
• International shipments are dispatched via EMS, with delivery times varying by country.
• Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer, as per the regulations of the destination country.
• Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email, allowing real-time tracking of your order.
